I’m AnaK Borré, as I’m known in the radio and voiceover world, but if you’d like to know my name is Ana Carolina Borré Mejía. I’m from Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, and I live in Madrid, although I consider myself to really be a citizen of the world.
I am a journalist and broadcaster specializing in Latin American neutral Spanish, and a graduate of the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Colombia. My professional path began in radio when I was only fifteen years old in Cartagena de Indias, rotating between renowned radio stations in Cartagena and Bogota, all this so that I could become a professional Voice Artist.
The wonderful thing about these experiences was discovering the nuances of my voice and going beyond this: from singing in jingles and commercials to different narrative universes.
From my home studio my versatile and adventurous voice, in the last 22 years, has given life to multinational companies in different parts of the world. I have been in this profession for 22 years and I love teamwork with my clients. I can help you identify what your brand needs to be unique and stand out from the rest. Getting to know new places, traveling, and observing my surroundings has become part of my DNA. Every moment in different parts of the world that I have shared with countless people has left an indelible mark on me that gives color to my voice.
Sharing a good wine with friends, being with family, watching the sunrise and sunset, writing poems and hunting for full moons are experiences that I would not miss for anything. Being a mother, a wife and letting sensitivity flow through every vocal cord, transmitting joy in my words is one of the missions of my voice.
Besides, music has been part of my life for as long as I have had reason, my guitar and my voice, great companions. Give me a bonfire, a starry night, friends around, a good glass of wine and it is my favorite plan. Without a doubt fire is my vital element!
